Our Rental Pricelist shows 30 day pricing, but custom duration rental periods are available. For non-rush orders, please share the following information with us via email or over the phone:

Business Address and Phone
Alternate billing and shipping addresses can be used for orders, but please provide business information for quotations. Operating as an individual is welcomed as well, but please provide an address.

Alternate Business Contact
If the quote is to be addressed to an alternate contact, let us know.

Some of our model numbers may vary slightly, especially for kits.

Requested Dates of Rental Equipment
Our pricelist shows 30 day pricing, but shorter rental periods are available for most equipment. The rental period begins the calendar date after shipment and ends the date everything is returned back at TMS. For tests where equipment needs can be planned and involve heavy equipment shipping far from The Modal Shop headquarters in Cincinnati Ohio, many have found that choosing a slightly longer rental period coupled with a more economical shipping method provides a lower cost overall rental. Day-definite Ground shipments are available between domestic locations, as well as several low cost international shipping methods. As always, if items need to be kept longer past the originally scheduled return date, don’t worry. Keep rental items for as long as needed. Invoicing continues and nets as a prorated charge based on days out after the initial rental period.

Special Requests or Requirements
Need low frequency calibration on your rental sensors? Paper copies of calibration data instead of on CD or USB stick? Anything extra that could help with your test, let us know and we will do our best to assist.

Special Payment Requests
Let us know if you typically pay beyond Net 30. We can accept credit card payments, and in certain cases may grant extended payment terms with approved credit at a slightly higher rental rate.
