Bruce Lachey | Rental and Calibration Services Team Leader
Bruce has been with The Modal Shop for over 25 years. He has a BSME degree from the University of Cincinnati with a focus on Vibrations and Acoustics and previously worked designing and testing vibration isolation components in the automotive industry.
Likes: Music and music festivals, travel, national parks, dogs, card games, solving problems, connecting the dots.
Dislikes: Chewing noises and commercials with drinking sounds and ASMR videos.

Gayle Haarmeyer | Senior Customer Account Coordinator
Gayle has been part of The Modal Shop team for over 30 years. Gayle has worked in both Accounting and Sales while at TMS and is now primarily focused on Customer Service in the Rental Team.
Likes: Thunderstorms, country music, spending time with family and friends.
Dislikes: Large crowds and cold weather.
Andy McGuire | Application Engineer
Andy has been with The Modal Shop for over 15 years. Andy began his career at TMS in Logistics and quickly moved to the Calibration Technician team. There, he became interested in the products and their applications and moved to the customer-facing side of the Rental Team in 2012. In his free time, you can catch him outdoors (often fishing) with his wife and two children. If he’s stuck inside, he’s probably fixing something.
Jeff Glueckert | Application Engineer
Jeff has been with The Modal Shop for 4 years and brings 16+ years of customer service, diagnosis, and electronic and mechanical repair experience focused primarily on the optical metrology industry, including laser trackers, optical 3D scanning, theodolites, and total stations. In his free time, Jeff enjoys playing music, photography, fall festivals, and pitching in to lend a hand to those in need.

Sarah Miller | Customer Account Coordinator
Sarah is The Modal Shop’s newest Customer Service Coordinator in the Rental Team. Sarah works in both Rental and Sales, and focuses on Customer Service in the Rental Team.
Likes: I love the beach and spending time with family and friends.
Dislikes: Bumper-to-bumper traffic and Headaches.
Jared Schwieterman | Application Engineer
Jared is the newest Rental Application Engineer, going on 2 years at The Modal Shop. Jared came from product engineering in the HVAC industry where he had 10 years of experience focusing on the development and implementation of compressors for Air Conditioning systems. Jared is an avid sports fan, whether watching or participating and also enjoys traveling the world with his Wife and 5 yr old daughter.
